An antique Keeling & Co Ltd Losol Ware Ormonde rimmed soup bowl. 

It features a blue marble effect band with gilt scroll and rim details. 

The plate is made of ceramic and was produced between 1920 and 1939 (Art Deco period) in Burslem, England. 

It measures approximately 10 to 10.5 inches in diameter.
